More Natural Light Imitation

Natural Light
My last few photos have been trying to imitate the existing, natural window light. I have been using my new Avenger D600 boom to get the light where I really want it where before I had the boom I could not take certain photos which I can take now. Obviously I have a lot to fine tune to perfect the "natural light" look, but these are my start.

Canon 24-70/2.8L
This past Wednesday I was finally able to use my new 24-70/2.8L outside. My brother put on a tailored costume and we used a croquet set given to us by a waiter at La Truffe Sauvage to take these photos. The shoot was fine up until the end where a stiff wind blew over my AB1600 and dismounted my umbrella. My equipment was fine but it did give me a good scare!

Jairus Daigle Graduation Session
Last Friday I had a Graduation session with Jairus Daigle. It went well, Jairus was very cooperative and well mannered, making my job easy. The only problem was that I had some trouble with my umbrellas in the strong wind!
